"Supplier" refers to the accommodation supplier (for e.g. Hotel, apartment, cabins, bed and breakfast), attractions, museums, sightseeing, cruises, tour operators and any other travel-related or similar product or service, and from any given time is available on the platform for booking purposes.
"Service" refers to the online booking service (including payment facilitation) of various products and services that Suppliers make available on the Platform from time to time
Through the platform, we provide information about the Suppliers, they can advertise their products and services so that they can be booked, and through and through which those who visit the platform can make reservations (that is, the reservation service). By following through a booking on the website a contractual relationship is establish between the client and the Supplier. We act as intermediaries between the client and the Supplier, transmitting the data of the reservation (s) to the Supplier (s) and sending an electronic confirmation address in representation of the Supplier.
Each Supplier is responsible at all times for the precision, accuracy and correctness of the information (both descriptive and referring to rates and availability) that appears on our platform. Our platform does not constitute and should not be viewed as a recommendation or promotion of the quality, level of service, qualification or rating (by stars) of any Supplier (or its facilities, venue, products or services) available.
The prices that appear in our platform are very competitive and in accordance to each establishment. All room prices are per room and all prices are shown with VAT / sales tax.
All special offers and promotions must be charged by the supplier or through our platform, if they ask for assistance.
Our service is free because, unlike others, we do not charge you for our service or add extras (reservation) at room rates.
Suppliers pay a commission (a small percentage of the price of the product (eg the price of the room)) after the client has consumed the service or product of the Supplier or after the client has stayed (and paid for) the accommodation.
Since the client decides their payment method, they can leave their reservation paid in our platform, and if they do so 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, we would be depositing in the Supplier´s account the value of the stay, discounting the commission agreed upon, as well as issuing a commission invoice.
If the client proceeds and the booking is available, some suppliers offer the possibility of paying the reservations (in whole or in part, according to the payment conditions that the customer selects) to the Supplier during the booking process through a secure online payment system..
The Supplier classification that appears by default on our Platform is by Recommended (or similar) (and we call it "Default Ranking").
Customer comments can be viewed on the supplier information page on our platform for the sole purpose of sharing your opinion on the level of service and the quality of the Supplier with (future) customers.
Social platforms, newsletters, special offers, are the tools that we will use as marketing strategies to increase the purchase. We reserve the right to adapt, reject or delete the comments that we deem inappropriate. Comments are considered a survey and do not include commercial offers, invitations or incentives of any kind.
