How can I cancel a Hotel reservation?

If you wish to cancel a hotel reservation:

Log in with your Pucon.cl account.

Enter Manage your reservations.

Select the reservation you want to cancel.

Click Cancel the reservation.

If you have made the reservation without a Pucon.cl account:

Fill in the form Find your reservations and send it.

Select the Cancel reservation link corresponding to the room you want to cancel.


Important information:

If you do not find the option Cancel the reservation or need help, contact Pucon.cl.

We process refunds within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If you want more information, see the article dedicated to the Reservation Policies.

How can I get a receipt after booking or purchasing accommodation?

The easiest way to print a receipt for your hotel reservation is from the link that appears in your email which we send to you as confirmation. If you do not have your email at hand, you can also search and print your receipt at Pucon.cl.


How to print a receipt from your confirmation email:

In your confirmation email, select the Print receipt option.

Follow the instructions.


How to print a receipt from your Pucon.cl account

Sign in to the Manage Your Reservations page.

Choose your reservation

Select the View and print the receipt option.


How to print a receipt without an account

At the end of the Hotel reservation process, press the print confirmation button.

Follow the instructions.


Important information:

If the reservation is prepaid, your hotel will give you a ticket or bill according to your need when you check out after the payment.


When will my hotel reservation be charged?

After finalizing your reservation, our platform will shortly contact the Hotel of your choice, so that your reservation can be ready on the dates that you have chosen.
